the breakfast had a large variety of options, acceptable.

I paid for a level room, but the key card stated only 'level' with nothing else, frustrating. No one gave me any services related to level, and the checking was bad. the lady basically ignored us and serviced another guest. To prove it, she forgot to charge us the full amount, so we needed to be hassled twice.

i really loved how friendly all the staff were. from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was so kind and helpful. the location was also awesome, i walked to the night market nearby. the breakfast buffet had so many delicious options too!

the gym was a bit small but it had the essentials.

the premium room was spacious with a king-size bed and a separate seating area, the bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, the room had a mini-fridge stocked with drinks and snacks, so nice.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including both western and local dishes, there was an egg station where you could order custom omelets, the restaurant had ample seating and a bright, airy atmosphere!
